Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return or refund.
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
- Returns requested after 2 days and within 7 days may be accepted subject to Biomagna Med approval and a 25% restocking fee.
- After 7 days from delivery, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the product received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, please contact us at customercare@biomagnamed.com within 2 days of delivery for review, replacement, or refund.
Condition Requirements
- All returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, worn, or has come into direct contact with the skin or body is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- A Return Authorization must be obtained from Biomagna Med before returning any product. Please provide your invoice number when submitting a return request.
- Biomagna Med reserves the right to inspect and approve all returns before any replacement, credit, or refund is issued.
